  • High season rate applies to all public and school holidays.
  • Minimum stay: 7 nights from 21st December to 1st February, 3 nights for public holiday weekends.
  • Accommodation rates are 'per night' for up to 6 guests.
  • Rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars.
  • All rates negotiable for long term bookings.
  • A bond of $60 for housekeeping is required upon booking and will be refunded provided the property is left clean and tidy as it was found.
  • Bath towels, bed linen, house keeping and rubbish removal is available for $80 per booking.
